Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
We currently ship within Canada only.

Carriers and Methods

  • USA: Flat-rate shipping via UPS or FedEx only. USPS is not available at this time.

  • Canada: Shipped via major carriers at our discretion.
    Please note that courier services (UPS, FedEx, Purolator, etc.) cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Dispatch times may vary during peak periods or due to inventory verification.

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided when your order ships. Tracking activity may take up to 24 hours to appear after the first carrier scan.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (USA)
For shipments to the United States, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

Customs Inspections and Liability (USA)
U.S. Customs and Border Protection may open and inspect shipments. On rare occasions, items can be delayed, retained, or removed during inspection.

  • Versa Tactical cannot be held liable for actions taken by U.S. customs, including delays, damage, or missing items resulting from inspection.

  • Versa Tactical cannot provide refunds for items lost or removed due to customs inspections.
    If your package appears to have been opened by customs and items are missing, contact the carrier and/or U.S. Customs to initiate a claim or inquiry. We will support you with documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, shipment confirmation, and photos if available).

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, delivery disputes must be directed to the carrier.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Packages returned as undeliverable or refused may be refunded minus shipping costs once received and inspected. Re-shipping can be arranged; additional shipping fees will apply.

Order Changes and Holds
We can modify shipping details or place a brief hold before an order ships. After dispatch, changes are not possible.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel an order (with notice) if there is a problem with payment, inventory, shipping details, or compliance. If your order is cancelled and you have questions, please email [email protected].

If you need to cancel your order, contact us before it ships. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
